A tissue-thin plot (three guys do an armed robbery and detective Rod Fontana is on the case) serves as a framework on which to hang six sex scenes, mostly involving red-swimsuit clad lifeguards, mostly outdoors in the sun, punctuated by slo-mo runs down the beach and expository dialogue scenes.

Credibility is low (Liza Harper as a French cop. Yeah, right) but production value is good. And there are six sex scenes, so you get bang(s) for your buck.
