Doctor Pat (Sharon Kane) works in a psychiatric hospital that apparently treats male-to-female pre-op transsexuals. Unfortunately, she's got some gender identity issues of her own, and takes her frustration out on her helpless patients. It's the usual whipping-bondage-pain-humiliation prescription, along with some sexy trannies playing slap-and-tickle at home and a prison tranny bitch fight. An interracial cast adds to the spice, and Kane plays an impressively frazzled strap-on-wielding female-to-male wannabe.
