The title notwithstanding, the third volume of this award-winning series (volume one was awarded 1998's Best Screenplay - Video), delivers more hardcore action than pure foot fetish kink.

But since all three vignettes - a girl/girl, a single girl masturbation and a boy/girl - have their share of strokable seconds, that shouldn't disappoint anyone other than the extremity-addicted.

As for this volume's writing, the most amusingly penned sequence is the closer, in which Luciano gets drawn into a spider's web spun by the tootsies of a scheming Mafia don's daughter. Entitled Toe Tagged, its denouement is rather obvious, isn't it?

In contrast, the opener, in which the ghost of a dyke slut turns heterosexual Jessica Darlin on to the pleasures of pussy, is a bit overwritten and as a result, takes slightly too long to get to the considerable cunt lappin'.
