Star Chandler's latest racket is taking in homeless girls and swindling them out of their welfare checks. Hey, to a Libertarian such as this reviewer, that's torturous enough. Chandler goes the extra mile: whipping and spanking her prey like the rebellious cur that they are. The scene which caught our fancy, however, was D'Arby's immobile suspension above the dog food bowl which holds her unreachable, uneaten dinner.
