Syren and Tina Tyler are buddies who've grown up playing house from the ground floor: They're construction workers in Syren's family business. Tyler's boyfriend adores her and her independent nature, while Syren's boyfriend is a total fucking bastard who would rather pack his toys and move away than view her as a human being. This, of course, allows Syren to meet a man who respects her for the capable and beautiful woman she is. Naturally she runs out and buys girly-girl clothes for the first time, and she and her new meat join a horde of other cast members who've had sex in the not-yet-finished house. A decent story line and acting, strong videography and good sex overcome the disappointing cop-out of an ending.
