Gina Rome and Chelsea Blue visit the same psychiatrist for treatment. The doctor, whom we never see, provides psychological comfort by tying his patients up and letting them struggle in vain. Whether it cures what ails them is unresolved. More time is spent on why Rome gets her treatment for free and Blue has to pay.

There's some excellent bondage and struggling, whatever the cost. Sometimes the girls are gagged, sometimes blindfolded, sometimes both. They're tied to beds, bedposts, tables, chairs, or just left to writhe helplessly on the floor.
