Hall-of-famer Nina Hartley shouldn't make herself quite as scarce in front of the camera as she's been doing of late. She's the best thing about Hard at Work, a silly comedy about a porn shoot at an adult store run by an annoyingly over-the-top Jonathan Morgan.

Hartley demonstrates in the opener she's still one of the industry's great all-time sexual performers as she bucks, moans, groans and spews a constant stream of dirty talk throughout a fierce hetero threeway in the back of a limo. Aspiring porn princesses half her age would do well to study her technique.

The vid's next three scenes -- all Hartley-less -- have at least some sweaty moments, but none can quite match the sustained inspiration of what proceeded them. The one that comes closest features a ferocious d.p. that unfortunately gets undermined by the decidedly un-sexy country shuffle playing on the soundtrack.

Hartley and that great ass of hers return for the sometimes-heated two-couple hoe-down that closes the tape, but even she can't trump her earlier scenes.
