This one gets a half-star of its rating based on the assumption that there may be somebody out there who hasn't seen Rodney Moore do his thing.  For those who have, CdlF 21 is probably pretty repetitive.  Agreeably skanky Seattle Girls.  Blowjobs.  A little fucking.  Incredibly thick gobs of gonad goo squirming down the sides of the chickies' kissers.

Except for Meka Johnson and Idalis Hunter, the girls here are a bit beneath Rodney's usual standards in the looks department.  The one standout is Angel Black, who flashes and blows the Rodster on fairly busy Seattle streets in broad daylight before they take it back to Chez Moore for the main event.
