Judging from the cast, Dreamland USA has been sitting on this tape for a long time, and it's easy to see why. In another tired revisiting of the "sex doctor" theme that's plagued adult videos for over a decade, Gerry Pike plays Doctor Proctor, a practitioner of anal therapy.

This less-than-gripping premise leads to three poorly-shot, yawn-inducing scenes. Each pairing is set up in the same brownish room, and each features Pike's trademark: nearly-erect sex.
