Alex Sanders starts things off with a visit to his psychiatrist, where he recounts his penchant for petite females.  Jack Hammer and Mila fuck by the pool.  Sanders gets to tag Maya in front of a fireplace.  There's a nice gazebo screw, too.  Sanders eventually moves on to Bunny Bleu in a bedroom and then his psychiatrist, Nikki Lynn.  In all, the sex is fairly perfunctory and the "special" effects are nothing special.  Still, the utterly gorgeous locations make for a good couples vid.
