Mostly flat and lacking imagination, Love They Neighbor tries to be a meditation on tired marriages.  Somewhere in the static script lies a message about how swinging may not insure a healthy relationship.  We get some basic, by-the-numbers sex scenes, underlit and sometimes not showing insertions.  The best sex scene involves brunette Amber Haze, who blows and gets fucked by a guy whose face we never see (until after the cum shot).  Otherwise, the erotic scenes just lie there.  Even the usually enthusiastic Jacklyn Lick and big-breasted Timber (the bored housewife) fail to ignite any sparks.
