you could probably tape Teri Starr in a garbage dump being ravaged by the cast of Tod Browning's Freaks, and she'd manage to generate enough electricity to power the greater Los Angeles area. Even the extremely sloppy technical aspects in this Hawaiian beach romp don't detract - much - from her watchability, though she's at her best by herself in an explosive solo. Tony Martino also scores in a sand blown multi-positional with Shay Sweet.
