Pretty, black Lisa is preggers for the third time, and it takes an evil nurse with a Nazi fetish (Jamie Lee) and her assistant Faith Ann Moore to teach her the errors of her childbearing ways. Her internal exam includes urinating into a bedpan and having her temperature taken rectally, while alternatives to baby-making are presented with strap-ons, which Lisa manipulates while alternately wincing in pain and trying not to laugh. Watch for Dizzy, who gives his all as the nurses' male sex slave.
