Queen of Evil falls short of delivering on the promise of its very balls-to-the-wall title. It's a somewhat lethargic effort that has an extremely blond Nikki Sinn lightly dominating - a little flogging here, some foot worship there - Nikki Steele, Dru Berrymore and Johnny B. in a decently atmospheric dungeon. Next time out, director Harold Lime would do well to punch up the energy level.
