What Head to Head has going for it is handsome production values and beautiful women, most notably Janine.

What it doesn't have going for it is a lot of hot, nasty sex. Much of Head, in fact, is downright tepid, including Janine's two lesbo (naturally) scenes.

The only truly bulge-producing moments come care of dependable Lovette, who injects, as usual, some much-needed raunchiness into the film in an extended orgy sequence. That girl sure does sizzle.
