Perverted Stories 15 boasts no shortage of genuinely sick masturbatory fodder, most notably the opening segment, in which the horribly deformed (he's really just a dwarf) boy who, 26 years ago, "ate his way" out of dear ol' ma, shares a delightful double dip in baby-sitter Candy Apples with pappy Brandon Iron.
