It takes but two minutes of annoyingly dysfunctional camerawork at the tape's outset before the viewer realizes the full implications of the initials.

Beyond that, and snippets of old loops with Ron Jeremy and Vanessa Del Rio, let's just say that Dick Nasty has his hands in all the sex scenes, including one where he plays a water filter salesman. Judging from Nasty's changing hairline, some footage may even be from a vault older than the loops. Dick's bedroom tryst with Stephanie DuValle plays like a two-person game of Twister and is clearly the tape's selling point.

Definitely a case where a cute boxcover concept demands some serious explanation of its own contents.
