Tatiana from the FCC tries to bust Randy West for his obscene television programming. He shows her a sample of his "Dick Ream Show" to prove his noteworthy programming. The "show's" highlight is the exotic Papillon taking it in the ass hard and fast from Alex Sanders. In the end, Tat sees the error of her ways and lets West prove his manliness by bopping her in the ass.
