A mad scientist coats a load of pretzels with his amazing Morgasmo powder, and all the girls in Philadelphia go into heat. The sex in pretty straight ahead stuff, but the scenes are all intercut with each other. This makes for an unsettling rather than an erotic experience. On the plus side, a cute blonde masturbates outside the famous Philadelphia Art Museum, and ends up squirting all over the place.
