Frank Towers plays Opie, a surfboard-carrying Wisconsin export looking for the big wave on cold, deserted California beaches.  Instead, he always seems to find babes to boff and lesbians to watch.  But it gets tiresome as he stumbles around and lucks into getting laid by busty blondes.  The sex itself is barely average, and the viewer is left with no strong memories of the action.

Maybe next time they should try sex while surfing?
