Mickey G.'s expense account is out of control, and IRS agent Skye Blue comes up with a novel way of payment: foot worship, whipping, and some hot CBT. Mickey's warehouse worker pal, Anthony Crane, receives similar treatment from Summer Cummings, with the addition of clamps on his testicles and clothespins attached to his face. The grand finale features both guys being whipped while suspended upside down, back to back.
