The temptation is to make this short and sweet by referring the reader to Caught from Behind 25. It's practically the same feature. The differences being, Kim Kataine's now the owner of the bed and breakfast inn, which, fortunately, benefits from livelier sets, tangible cast chemistry and the notion that it isn't a crime to train the camera on an asshole during an anal scene, as when Frank Towers plants it in Kimberly Kummings's ass.

For the info freaks, performer Brian Surewood is identified on screen as being Marc Wallice. In the immortal words of Mark Kernes, we just wanted to be sure you knew that.
