Stitched together like a hasty hernia operation, this ad-libbed wall-to-waller is in need of some sexual healing. Although there's a fair amount of anal and facial action, the undoctored truth reveals little in the way of chemistry between the performers.

If black material moves well for you, display the box, featuring Meka Johnson looking awfully tempting in hospital whites set against her smokin' mocha hues.
