Critical Rating: Not Yet RatedAn undercover operation headed by alexandra fails to bag the bad guy. Paddling, whipping and a "wax meets ass" scene are most of what you get. Sadly, a promising scene on the box showing Alexandra tied to a "Y" rack never materializes. Low on variety but decent on execution.
