Bizarre's Dracula boasts handsome production values and A-list talent, but unfortunately, very little heat.  Sure, the story of a dominant Dracula (Luc Wylder) and his fetish-attired slave girls should entice many customers.  Unfortunately, that promising concept gets a stake through the heart -- care of some silly over-acting and far too many wimpy whippings.  Next time, more intensity, please!
