Van Damage is the lucky owner of "an apartment complex filled with nasty young women."  In four rollicking scenes he persuades his tenants to appear on video with him and a pal.  In the process, they ravish a tattooed brunette, a foxy blonde and little Liberty, who sheds her bikini in record time.  Good camera work and fresh faces enhance the sizzling action.
