Master Carter Stevens wants to create a utopian world of expert dominants, so he takes to the road in search of worthy pupils. His first apprentice is Master Max, who wears a Zorro mask and a cowboy hat. Master Carter then spanks a plump female slave, before Master wields the paddle. Master Carter tweaks the slave's nipples with clamps, and then Master Max yanks the chain. And so on. Maybe Part 2 will be better.
