"I'll give you the most embarrassing hair style of your life!" says the charismatically challenged Mistress Kembra.  Guess what?  It's all down hill from there.  Baker is funny as an uptight Wall Street guy looking for a little humiliation but humor is all you get in the sadistic hair salon, most of it seemingly unintentional.  If your customers are hungering for a bad hair day, this may be for them. Gotham has offered better.
