With this enticing release, retailers will be able to serve two markets: jaded connoisseiurs and fresh couples tired of softcore fare.

Hungry Heart is a sumptuous visual feast featuring some of the most fluid camerawork in recent memory, and yet it's as nasty and explicit as Private-style shows.

The scenario is deceptively simple yet unabashedly erotic, starring Shanna McCullough (still looking fine; damn fine) as a frustrated dominatrix who maintains rigid control over her clientele but can't even kindle a romance with pool boy Mark Davis. One must assume a tongue-in-cheek intention here, although the sex and discipline aspects are portrayed straight.

Among the better scenes are the back-to-back anal outings (Nici Sterling/Wilde Oscar; Lovette/Tom Byron), all directed under the scrupulous eye of Marquessa McCullough. For those who want to test their mettle, a segment with demure Missy, her strap-on and male partner Mickey ought to raise some hackles at the very least.

McCullough limits her sexual participation to the opener (dominating Alex Sanders and Sid Deuce) which sets the dark tone, and carries through to the literal climax as she gives in to the capricious whims of manly Mark Davis. A gourmet meal for quality-hungry customers.
