Dick Nasty is a scumbag councilman who is siphoning money earmarked for the 'hood into his private account. A team of righteous lesbian crack dealing prostitutes find out what's going on and become determined to stick it to the man. There's only one good scene in the bunch, with the loquacious Purple Passion. The rest is at least as bad as the dialogue.
