The combined boobage in this James Bond send-up could offset the national debt. Unfortunately, it's largely squandered in sex scenes that stay maddeningly tepid due to poor sound (i.e., you can't hear those Bond girls moan) and the director's annoying habit of cutting from the action just as it's heating up.
