Real estate moguls Joey Silvera and Shawn Ricks are too preoccupied to satisfy their women, the sullen and snarling Missy and the pouting and put-out Frankie Layne. Beach-bum Gerry Pike strives to fill in the gap.

All the action doesn't belong to Gerry. Joey's still a real lover and the girls know how to take care of each other. Even with the anals, this is almost a woman's pic. Female enjoyment is vastly evident. There's some real sexual chemistry working here. Nice music and beach locations add a touch of class. Not as fully developed as it could have been, Malibu Heat's a sirloin steak compared to most of the hamburg out there.
