This title must refer to the fact that while the video camera's in California, the microphone's 3000 miles away in Maryland! (The sound is that bad.) Olivia and Gina are the sisters in question, and each does one anal (not exactly a slew of sphincters for an anal feature). Melissa Monet with Laura Palmer is the lone highlight.
