Headmaster Scott Baker's duty is to turn his female students into "fine young Republicans." He's the perfect spokesperson for the Party, what with his hidden stash of stolen women's underclothes.

Knowing that Scott's got a penchant for panties, students Corey Cain and Tricia Yen provide him with the undergarments he loves so much – not only don't they match, but they're polyester. A little attention to style, please. Scott slips into a flowered housecoat and they punish him – he tongues their shoes. Thrilling.

We've seen it all before; other than the pleasure of Tricia Yen's tight little body decorated with tit and navel rings, this vid fails the fem-dom exam.
