Every now and then, tapes featuring pregnant women pop up, and most of the time they look like they were produced on a shoe-string budget with no-name women doing nothing more than milking their breasts. Not this time. In this tape, director Loretta Sterling has created a technically flawless vehicle for some of the industry’s best-known actresses to show off their impending motherhood. Sunset Thomas carries the load, so to speak, frigging herself before her hubby’s tongue takes over. Thomas also takes it from behind and missionary style before making her way over to her incompetent obstetrician, ably played by Lester Goldfine.

Goldfine bumbles around his office, and between accidentally drinking Thomas’ urine sample and providing some surprisingly sage advice, he introduces a couple of other couples. Buster and Jazz are couple number one, who look like they just came off a Nebraska farm. Jazz’s favorite toy is a lengthy dildo, but you have to wonder about the headache Jazz’s unborn child must have after she repeatedly shoves it into herself.

Fallon and Tim Richards are couple number two. Fallon looks very pregnant, and her body has ballooned to the point of being unrecognizable, but that doesn’t stop her from indulging in the activity that got her into her current predicament.

Each of the couples are involved in two sex scenes, and while the sex is understandably subdued, the aura that makes Thomas and Fallon fan-favorites in their unburdened state shines through. If pregnant women are your thing, you won’t find a tape any better than this.
