It's nigh to impossible to recapture lightning in a bottle, as Night and Day 2 so ably demonstrates. It's predecessor was alert, alive and thriving with an intelligently-driven acidity about the nature and politics of the mainstream film business.

Jon Dough reprises his role as the harried film producer, but this time, Jon comes off less engaging and more like a know-it-all, seen-it-all, done-it-all wiseass. the sex is set up, primarily, in flashback form, as a scrip conference (featuring Kelly Nichols in a cameo) unfolds at Dough's studio. Studio gal Bionca has reveries about a ski trip to Aspen where she has her ass worshipped by bellboy Nick East before he pops on her ass from the doggie stance.

A flashback scene involves Dough and power babe Debi Diamond, a former multiplex researcher from Glendale, we're told. During the course of action, Debi slaps her butt repeatedly as if to affirm its resiliency. This is also one of the rare times when you'll see a good missionary shot as when Deb pulls her legs almost behind her head as Dough thrusts. More great camera angles chart the progress of a standing bendover doggie insertion.

Producer Peter North is being black-mailed by "not bimbos, but college graduates with degrees in film production!!". He relates yet another flashback detailing just how. A series of doggie penetrations involving Tara Monroe and Kaitlyn Ashley result in a dual face squirt, and a plot development wherein Dough loses his executive parking privileges in favor of the girls —but only momentarily in the time-hastened plot conventions of adult vid.

A gratuitous sex scene with Bionca, Diamond and Dough fills out the running time, as Diamond pulls a rubber glove out of Bionca's snatch, signaling some lesbian finger forays. Dough dives in, but way too many cable closeups and not enough wide hardcore monitor his progress.

Market both shows together for maximum play.
