While there isn't much imagination poured into this title, MILTF 23 does feature four scenes of older foreign women – likely European – having okay one-on-one sex.

Particularly clichéd are the situations that lead into sex. In the first scene, a dude phones Escorts Now and has an escort on his couch before he hangs up the phone. Another dude pops by his neighbor's house to borrow some sugar and plugs her in the kitchen. And when a pizza delivery guy rings the bell, he's invited into the house and molested on the couch.
