In a "Star Trek"-like sickbay, a female patient (Kerri Downs) lies on an examination table and fucks herself with a dildo while the doctor goes "tsk, tsk." Needless to say, he substitutes the real thing for the plastic, and off they go!

Kerri proves to be just what the doctor ordered as she finds herself operating a pair of three-ways (one of which is an all-girler). A surprising plot twist is revealed and the video-ending gang-bang is something that even the Surgeon General can appreciate. All of the ladies (Kerri, Kaitlyn Ashley, Vanessa Chase, Sally Layd and Nikki Sinn) are at their hospital horniest.
