Mistress Rebecca Steele plays with slaves Spanky and Joe College in her dungeon. With a variety of bondage horses and racks, she ties, spanks and teases each in turn. She sits on Spanky's face to punish him for his rambunctious ramblings. The props and Rebecca's costume are wonderful. Unfortunately, she isn't much of a Mistress. The slaves aren't worth much either, so everything balances out for a highly forgettable video.
