The second installment of this imaginative, big-budget riff on the Frank Miller graphic novel film moves the action along and introduces intriguing new characters and situations.

Reda punches out a real tiger, then gets subdued by a tiger-pawed human, who cuts up girls with chainsaws and saves their asses, echoing a scene in the mainstream movie. The action heats up for real in Section 69, a hellhole of vice ruled by hard-ass bitches and pimps. New babes of note include huge-breasted Laura Lion.
