Bill Fenway just can't please Mistress Kimbra.  While he laces her red boots, she complains that he's moving too slow.  When he licks her boots and sucks her heels, she complains that he doesn't respond to her.  She lets Mistress Chastity take him upstairs for more punishment.  Meanwhile, Mistress Kimbra punishes slave Jennifer for disobedience.

This video has a lot of potential.  Mistress Kimbra gets the best lines, such as "If you don't finish quickly, I'm going to shove this heel down your throat!"  Mistress Chastity dominates with authority, and Jennifer is a very responsive submissive.
