Lacking credits or any indication that the "couples" are well-known pros (Jay Ashley/Rod Fontana plus spouses) the naïve customer will probably assume this is authentic amateur fare. Not only are they in for a surprise, they're in for a letdown. Ashely has been much more energetic elsewhere, and Fontana, too.

Their better halves appear to enjoy the seduction game – or at least pretending to be on the prowl – while the guys just wait around for the prey to get warmed up before stickin? it in and wigglin? itaround. The hottest footage usually occurs as the girls 69 while the top gets porked, doggie-style. Even for a simple pickup title, Couples is dull and daft.
