As Oliver might have described it, this is a video which can't make up its mind. It starts out as a satire, moves into serious drama, then goes to light comedy with satirical overtones. Whew!

Brad Armstrong is a Jimmy Swaggart type with the Moral Minority He's in cahoots with Crystal Wilder and crooked mayor Terry Thomas. Together they're going to shut down Dizzy Blond's bar, which features strippers.

Chaz Vincent plays a prostitute who seduces Diz on the bar, only to have Crystal burst in with a camera. When this fails, more subtle means are used. Tops among the action scenes are Leanna Foxxx (as one of Dizzy's employees) with Terry Thomas, and a threeway girl/girl with Crystal, Chaz and Dyanna Lauren, whose gorgeous picture on the boxcover won't hurt business.
