A strange release with a strange theme, Carlos Batts? Alter Ego is something of a mystery. The video can best be described as a sort of combination costume fetish and BBW production (with a she-male thrown in for good measure).

Because the cast is altogether unspecified, it is impossible to tell who's who in this thing; the star appearing throughout is probably one April Flores, but we can't be sure. Whoever she is, the girl starts by applying some false eyelashes, telling us – in the only snippet of dialogue – "This is one way to change your look almost instantly." She drinks wine, dances on a rooftop, pees outside, dyes her hair pink.

All the segments are titled and colorful, and, though the threeway late-night Oriental rope bit towards the end is odd, everything is displaced by the aforesaid transsexual's seemingly natural breasts and cock-injection session (which makes his/her non-erect penis frighteningly engorged and twice the size).

If anything really stands out, though, it's the DVD's strong soundtrack.
