Denise visits Dr. George and Nurse Exotica to get a dick and big breasts. While the doctor goes to the nurses' station, Exotica and Denise play. George finds them together, so Denise gets punished. Punishment includes whipping, spanking and a paddling with an empty enema bag. At the end of the video, Exotica reveals that she has a dick, and George is enraged once more. This amusing video gets repetitive in spots. Transvestite/transsexual fans will be disappointed because that element doesn't come into play until the end. This is a must-have for George Payne fans; all other exercise caution.
