From the lush box cover featuring Anisa covered in roses, you'd think this would be a gushy couples video, but in fact, Final Secret is an illusion - or more precisely, a hallucination.

Joey Silvera's in the sickbed and his fevered mind is conjuring up sexual scenarios.  Most of them revolve around the doctor (Jonathan Morgan) banging his wife (Heidi Kcat, billed here as Hart), which may indeed not be a paranoid fantasy after all.  Regardless, the Morgan/Kcat scene is easily the best of the bunch, capped with an appreciative squirt to her face.

Anisa's appeal is limited.  Without the benefit of a deft airbrush artist, her braces make fellatio a distracting proposition at best.  Silvera manages to raise her temperature a bit by probing her with his very own throbbing rectal thermometer, but her own performance is hardly star quality.

This leaves the gorgeous but icy this Williams and Buck Adams (as Paul Bearer; get it?) to take up the slack.  Try as they might, htis segment is also average, which sums up the whole production.  The competent mix 'n match theory prevails once again, with the usual results.  That's the Final Secret.
