Hey kids, what time is it? It's cut and paste time, Uncle Bill. Take some beach footage with Biff Malibu and Wayne Summers talking incomprehensibly into a volley ball net; throw in Lance and Silver (not the horse) in an amateurish scene that must have got left on Ed Powers' cutting room floor; add a masturbation scene with top-billed Sabrina Dawn that has nothing to do with anything; toss in Delta Force and an unbilled girl who probably will be glad she's unbilled, and you've got the makings of adult video stew.
