Julie Juggs, in an ill-fitting "Catwoman" latex suit, is tied, gagged and humiliated by Anthony Lawton. Action here isn't lacking, but camera angles, lighting and acting are. The atrocious dialogue has been overdubbed with an "echo" sound effect that quickly gets tedious. Give this one a miss.
