Karen Dior is hired by David Angel to make an adult video with a story based on something that happened to David's girlfriend in a hospital. Seems that she was seduced by a she-male nurse — a common-enough ocurrence. Some dramatic license is taken with the facts, and April Rayne, the girl in the video, is a bit more willing than was David's lady, the unbilled Lisa Wilson. Copyrighted in 1991, this show has been in the can for two years, but no matter — it fits right into the market for such specialty as now exists.
