David Sanders feels that he is put upon by women, so when he hears a radio ad for Dr. Anthrax (a mail-order psychologist) he consults him.  The one-dimensional Blake Palmer, as the doc, shows Sanders videos which is the excuse for numbering up the sex scenes to fill out the 72 minute running time.  Sanders and Ebony Ayes pair off as well as Nikki Randall and Palmer, but these scenarios have as little to do with the story as the meaningless title.  Quite average.
